  • How do I place a catering order, and how much notice is required?
    We need 48 hours' notice to work our magic. Throwing a bash for 100+? Give our catering concierge a shout at least a week ahead—big parties deserve big plans.
  • Does Riverside Catering deliver, and is there a delivery fee or minimum order?
    Oh, you bet we deliver, it’s all we do. Every catering order comes with napkins, plates, and flatware, plus a 10% delivery fee. Want to keep the feast hot? Add a warming kit for $15. Need the full setup treatment? Our team can handle it for an extra $25.
  • How do I know how much to order?
    We’ve got portion sizes laid out in groups of 10 or 20, so you can feed your crew without guesswork. Still unsure? Fill out the form and our team will get back to you soon!
  • Can I customize my catering order?
    Absolutely. You want to swap, tweak, or get a little wild with it? Let us know your requests when filling out your order form.
  • Where and when do I pick up my catering order?
    Riverside Catering & Delivery is 100% delivery-only. We bring the good stuff straight to you.
  • What payment options are available, and when is payment due?
    We keep it simple—pay online when you order. Credit cards? Check. Geronimo Hospitality Group Gift Cards? Also check.
  • Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free catering options?
    We do. We offer gluten-free cheese pizza and vegetarian-friendly picks like Caprese sandwiches and veggie pizza. No one gets left out of this feast.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order, and what is your cancellation policy?
    Plans change—we get it. You can modify your order up to 24 hours before delivery. Need to cancel? No problem, as long as it’s at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
  • How can I get a quote, and do you offer rewards for large orders?
    Please fill out our online form for a custom quote. If you’re a Geronimo Groupie (and why wouldn’t you be?), you rack up points for every delivery and catering order in the GeroniApp.
  • How can I track my delivery?
    Track your order in the GeroniApp or use the link we provide via text message.
  • Will I get notified when my food arrives?
    Yes. You’ll receive a text when your food is on the way and another when the driver is approaching.
  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?
    There is no minimum order for delivery. Order for yourself or for your whole crew.

  • Who delivers my food?
    All deliveries are handled by Riverside Catering & Delivery’s in-house drivers.
